The UNIVERSAL ABL/ABU 60 system automatically loads and unloads filled cans and jars into/from baskets. The product is picked by magnetic head (PM) or vacuum head (PV). The picking head consists of a trolley moving horizontally supported by a double rail system that ensures a correct weight balance and a motorized lifting unit. Layers are formed in mass (MF). The Universal series can be integrated with automatic layer pad picking system to increase the degree of automation during the basket loading and unloadingoperations, thus reducing downtime. The system can be integrated with a shuttle to automatically load and unload autoclaves.
