Job Profile - ERP technical specialist

The ERP technician will be working in contact with IT Manager and IT team, the role has the following functions:

• Management and follow up of requests of users, remote and on-site assistance;
• Support and planning of interventions regarding hardware and ERP software issues;
• Implementing and manutention of Clevertech network and facilities

Skills and Experience

• Degree in information and technology;
• 3 years’ experience in IT role and Helpdesk;
• Good knowledge of Windows and Window Active Directory package;
• Good knowledge of 365 Office package;
• Networking elements knowledge;
• Strong interest and passion for IT world;
• Task oriented approach and problem-solving capacity;
• English language good knowledge;
• Team work ability
• Availability for overtime if required.
