The RRD 1 I1 O1 GEMINI is a highly technological robotic depalletizing system for carton reams. The system is composed of: two robotic arms where the first robotic head picks up from the pallet the reams and places it in the group centering area. The inspection camera allows the customer to have a total control of number of the layers because it detects the reams position and collects it correctly. While, the second robotic head cuts the strapping material and feeds the case erector machine. The system can be supplied with a specific device for the trituration of the strapping material ensuring a great space saving. The system handles six (6) types of the product formats with different sizes.
