The front of the line starts with the depalletization of containers to feed the downstream equipment for the filling, closing and palletizing processes. This is the first crucial point, from customer raw materials storage to the production phase. The installation performed in the depalletization area goes beyond the meaning of depalletizer, because automatic depalletization of folded carton to be feed in case erector, or dumping unit for caps and bottles to unscramblers, have been successfully installed. Regarding the front-end of packaging lines, the company has significant experience in the supply of automatic robotic dumping units for caps and bottles, with direct interface with AGVs.
