Questa partnership tra Clevertech e Tosa dura ormai da oltre 25 anni e nel corso del tempo ha subito significative evoluzioni che hanno beneficiato entrambe le aziende.
In risposta alle esigenze specifiche del mercato, Clevertech ha ampliato la propria area di competenza, passando dalla semplice fornitura di sistemi di pallettizzazione e linee di trasporto ad includere anche altri sistemi d’imballaggio essenziali per una linea di produzione completa e integrata. I nostri clienti richiedevano un'armonizzazione tra le varie macchine presenti nella linea di produzione e, di conseguenza, le due aziende hanno deciso di collaborare strettamente per garantire che le soluzioni Tosa fossero conformi alle specifiche di progettazione di Clevertech.

Clevertech Group, líder mundial en automatización industrial, ha presentado en primicia a sus clientes la plataforma en línea que agrupa a todas las empresas del grupo en un espacio virtual abierto a las visitas.
Clevertech Group Virtualplace reúne a las cuatro almas del grupo, Clevertech, Acs, Leantech y Cheesetech, y ofrece a los visitantes una panorámica sobre el mundo de la automatización a partir de los distintos sectores de actividad de las empresas.
Clevertech es líder en el sector del diseño y la producción de equipos para la automatización industrial de principio de línea y final de línea; Acs es líder en el diseño y fabricación de máquinas automáticas para la industria de las cerraduras; Leantech se ocupa de la producción de líneas de transporte y Cheesetech es la división que estudia y produce soluciones automatizadas para la maduración tradicional de quesos de pasta dura.

Clevertech in partnership with WSR Solutions, revolutionising modern distribution
Clevertech Group, leader in the design and production of industrial automation systems, has signed a partnership agreement with WSR Solutions for the use of its mixed palletizing technology on end-of-line systems manufactured by Clevertech.
WSR Solutions is a Dutch company focused on developing innovative handling technologies. The company has developed innovative EOAT grippers and other robotic case handling technologies for the creation of mixed pallets, which is aimed at the global market. Its IPS – Intelligent Palletizing Software – is integrated into the overall handling system and manages the entire sequencing and mixed palletization process.
Thanks to this partnership, Clevertech will be able to offer its clients, multinational manufacturers across all sectors of goods, the possibility of mixed palletizing.
This innovation has the potential to redefine the world of distribution: currently, manufacturers of consumer goods make use of logistics distribution centres for the creation of mixed pallets, which are then sent on to supermarkets and large-scale retail outlets.
Campaña de vacunación en la empresa
Clevertech Group se ha sumado al proyecto para la vacunación de los trabajadores en la empresa promovido por Unindustria y Confcooperative de Reggio Emilia.
Estas dos asociaciones de Reggio Emilia han dado su disponibilidad y apoyo para incentivar la vacunación de los setenta mil trabajadores de sus 1.400 empresas afiliadas.
Unindustria y Confcooperative han firmado un protocolo con la autoridad local de salud de Reggio Emilia (AUSL) en colaboración con Check-Up Service y 3C Salute. Los dos organismos pondrán a disposición su personal sanitario para administrar la vacuna en los dos puntos de vacunación preparados en la Feria de Reggio Emilia.
El objetivo es aliviar la presión de los centros de vacunación públicos, ofreciendo a los trabajadores la posibilidad de acceder con mayor rapidez al servicio, con una reducción de los costes que estarán a cargo de las empresas asociadas.
El acceso a la vacunación se realiza de conformidad con la normativa en materia de protección de datos, con las normas adoptadas como consecuencia de la emergencia epidemiológica y con las disposiciones establecidas en la legislación nacional.
Los robots se alían con el arte en tiempos de Covid-19
Clevertech Group, empresa líder en el mercado de la automatización industrial, ha logrado una gran oportunidad para contribuir a la lucha contra la Covid-19 y ha transformado esta experiencia en un tributo al espectáculo, sector que tanto ha sufrido en estos tiempos de pandemia.
De hecho, el nuevo final de línea que se ha realizado para el mercado americano es el protagonista de un vídeo que el Grupo Clevertech tenía mucho interés en llevar a cabo, para mostrar que la industria también reconoce el valor del arte y del espectáculo en un momento histórico de gran dificultad para el mundo de la cultura en general, que tan perjudicado se ha visto por las restricciones debidas a la pandemia.
El Grupo Clevertech ha sido seleccionado para llevar a cabo un proyecto de ingeniería internacional para una importante empresa multinacional, activa en el sector de la limpieza del hogar. En América, la empresa cliente es el principal fabricante de productos desinfectantes, capaces de eliminar el 99,9 % de las bacterias con las que entran en contacto. La demanda de desinfectantes ha aumentado considerablemente durante los meses marcados por la pandemia, por lo que la empresa ha decidido incrementar su producción para combatir la propagación del virus.
Since December Clevertech South Asia has been representing exclusively Makro Labelling for India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka areas. This is the last step we set three years ago when we sketched out the Clevertech South East Asia project as a Clevertech office capable of dealing with its own experience and the experience of other key partners in their relevant market.
Clevertech South Asia is an expert center for the packaging dry parts. It combines together Clevertech experience for the tertiary packaging, Atlanta Packers and HRS experience in the secondary packaging together with Makro Labelling know how in the primary packaging. In this way Clevertech South Asia is able to satisfy any requirement for the whole dry part of line.
Clevertech South Asia has already supported Makro Labelling with excellent result by placing important orders in the beverage area in India. The request of a labelling system from a multinational company active in this field was extremely challenging. The customer required a labeller capable to produce with a speed of 600 bottles/per minute.
Clevertech Group is proud to announce the agreement which was signed with Actiw company, a leader in automated logistics and the supplier of the most innovative solutions for automatic trailer loading of complete pallets into non modified spaces.
The agreement signed in March 2020 entitles Clevertech as the exclusive sales and representative partner of “Loadmatic” automated trailer loading solutions for the Italian markets.
Additionally, Clevertech is the official agent for Actiw in United States together with Canada thanks to the strong presence in North American market with our branch Clevertech North America..
Recently, the first project has been launched and includes a specific system for Food Industry with a production capacity of 240 complete pallets/H including the automatic storage and automatic loading without any operator.
Thanks to this system, as soon as the pallet is palletized, wrapped and labelled in Clevertech End of Line, the same pallet is handled by Clevertech in the pallet conveyor line and transferred to warehouse or it goes to Loadmatic system for automatic trailer loading.

Our operations are running at max capacity in this period and we have machines FAT almost every week.
