PALLET LABELLING SYSTEM

The main goal of a fully integrated end of line is to guarantee a perfect product traceability. 

For that purpose, Clevertech provides its Clevertech Flow package that allows to interface with the customer’s management system. 

This package consist of palletizer, stretch wrapper and pallet labelling system. Our fully integrated pallet labelling system is perfectly integrated from hardware design to software design. The automatic print and design system for pallet labelling is capable to print and apply unit for labels on two faces of the pallet and it is supplied with a vaccum plate for label holding, a barcode reader to check the label positioning and readability and a application module safety in order to guarantee safety of the user.
