All consumables, such as interlayers, baskets, or trays, are automatically placed in recirculation loops by robots, which can extract and replace several items in different phases.
This is an important aspect, as it delivers added value from a ‘one hundred percent’ self-sufficient, operator-free machine. Thanks to Integra protocol, each Clevertech system is entirely aligned and integrated into the customer’s ERP and WMS, delivering full traceability linked to the product code.
In addition, it offers some unique advantages: scheduling production batches according to the real needs of the markets, avoiding wastage of materials, increasing product excellence, and minimizing costs.

In the middle of the packaging line, where products need to be loaded and unloaded to and from autoclaves, Clevertech systems can offer a throughput of 1,500 pieces per minute.
This speed can be achieved with any type of product format or material, flexible or rigid. Clevertech develops and delivers systems which are synchronized with the rest of the equipment and undertakes the responsibility of customized end-to-end solutions. An off-line set up offers the possibility of creating secondary packs with a combination of flavors.
It is possible to do this in two ways: either feeding the packs from stored products; or creating a direct interline flow for products, which will pass through autoclaves for heat treatment, and can then be immediately mixed to create a secondary pack.

BASKET LOADING & UNLOADING SOLUTIONS

In the FOOD and PET FOOD world, Clevertech provides product-handling systems for wet environments, embracing the Clean Design system guidelines.

Clevertech’s loading and unloading basket solutions offer two possible setups: robotic or cartesian. In both configurations, the system recycles empty basket and layer pads without any operator intervention during the production phase.

The Clevertech systems can handle any raw materials coming from the front of packaging line, using three different types of product handling:

The Clevertech system can handle different types of containers such as:

The footprint of the system is determined by the required production yields and the different product treatment times required.

It is available a complete integration and management of derived data from loading - unloading in connection to autoclaves to monitor and handle the product treatment managing different products simultaneously.

Using the HMI, the operator can visualize the processing status of the autoclaves and - at the same time - can undertake quality control of the product. It is also possible to track all baskets location using the HMI.

During the basket unloading process, different dryer system can be combined to get product ready for secondary packaging formation.

Clevertech has developed multiple solutions in the basket-unloading process to manage different multi flavored configurations.
