The robotic palletizing system T- REX allows the automatic palletization of cases, bundles, bags and polyouters. The system is extremely flexible and compact and can palletize up to 4 different products simultaneously. The robotic head has been designed and developed to meet the requirements of the products and provide maximum system performance. The head is equipped with double retractable forks to pick the layer and square it automatically using pneumatic cylinders. An additional robotic manipulator is positioned in the preforming area to correctly form the layer to be palletized.
