The AP FC 30 HERCULES series of palletizers is composed of automatic palletizers with mobile heads. The product is picked by a magnetic head (PM) or vacuum head (PV). The picking head movement is achieved using a horizontal and vertical trolley transfer system, both guided to get a correct weight balance. The HERCULES series can be integrated with automatic layer pad and top frame picking devices to increase the degree of automation during the palletization process, thus reducing downtime.
