The palletizer AC 620 ROCKET is a single high level infeed palletizer for cases, trays and bundles, with two robotic manipulators. The infeed conveyor is equipped with double differed speed spacer belt, lateral guides, counter photoelectric cells. Motorized mesh conveyor moves the cases to the preforming area, and two robotic manipulators arranges the correct position for the palletization. A high speed self-adjustable palletizing head equipped with four servo squaring devices and one opening plate opening in two parts allow to palletize up to nine layers/minute and to create any kind of possible pattern.
