The AB 520 ARROW BAG series is composed of automatic palletizers with mobile pallet specially designed to palletize bags and polyouters. Preforming with step conveyor belts is driven by servomotors so that layer forming is accurate. Every unit has been designed in order to minimize the surfaces in contact with the product and increase palletization quality. Infeed conveyor systems at a high processing level can be supplied with single infeed (HS 1) or double infeed (HS 2) and with a layer forming system with single pusher (HS) or double pusher (HSD), or with robots (M 1 M 2). This system is ideal for automatic palletization of bags and polyouters at medium and high speeds.
