The APD EC/FC 30 HERCULES series is composed of automatic palletizers-depalletizers with mobile head. The Hercules series can work both in palletizing and depalletizing modes and can also automatically perform these two functions simultaneously (BALANCER) for both empty and filled cans. The product is picked using a magnetic head (PM) or vacuum head (PV). The picking head movement is achieved using a horizontal and vertical trolley transfer system, both guided to get a correct balance of the weight. The Hercules series can be integrated with automatic layer pad and top frame picking devices to increase the degree of automation during the palletization/depalletization process, thus reducing downtime.
