The ACS40- HM is an automatic high speed case sealer designed for RSC cases type Fefco 0201. The machine receives the full cases with open upper flaps and by means of an electro-pneumatic controlled lever and 2 curved profiles, folds and closes the flaps. The glue is distributed by 2 double nozzle glue dispenser. After glue application, the cases are transferred to the compression stage where the top flaps are being pressed by spring loaded rollers.
The machine is built on a sturdy frame with high accessibility for cleaning and change over operations.
