Job profile - Back office export

The ideal candidate graduates in Foreign Languages ​​or in Marketing and has gained previous experience in the role of commercial back office. The resource will be part of the Export Sales Back Office and will take care of the agenda and support to the Sales Department, as well as correspondence and travel organization of the Sales Manager. 

The resource is coordinated directly by the Sales Manager with direct reporting.

NOTE: the fundamental and discriminating characteristic is MOTIVATION and FLEXIBILITY in carrying out this type of activity. An excellent knowledge of English and a second language, possibly French, is required. Basic quality of the candidate is a good propensity to interpersonal relationships and maximum seriousness. An initial fixed-term maternity replacement contract is offered with the possibility of direct entry for an indefinite period and professional growth within the reference office.
