The RRD 1 I1 O1 SCORPION is an highly technological robotic depalletizing system for carton reams.The system is composed of: the robotic system with inspection camerain order to detect the reams and correctly pick and deposit them on the conveyors.
The carton reams, picked up from the pallet, are positioned in the group centering area for reams. Then the robot modifies the picking process by taking the carton reams without the straps in order to deposit them inside the infeed area of the machine. The inspection camera Omron allows the customer to have a total control of number of the layersbecause it detects the reams position and collects it correctly.
The system is equipped with highly technological device for the trituration of the strapping materialensuring a great space saving. The system handles six (6) types of the product formats with different sizes.
