Clevertech India with its exclusive partnerships in the Secondary Packaging applications such as Labelling, Shrink Bundling, Tray Packing, Wrap-around Case Packing, American Case Packing, Palletizing, Pallet Conveying and as well Automated Truck loading, aims to offer a possibility to its customers to have a single point of contact for the complete secondary packaging to internal logistics needs.
Case Study 1:
One our initial success to this approach was achieved in the Beverage sector where Clevertech initially proposed a Labelling machine with high complexity in the application with as many as 30 different formats and as soon as we achieved the results the customer was immediately able to further automate their line initially by ordering a Case Sealer machine and later to order a Case Erector machine. The rare possibility to source different machines in the line from a single source has enabled the customer to have a strong connect with our service team as well order combined technical interventions, AMCs and Training programs for different machines.
The complete end-of-line offering also enable for a strong integration and conveyor management between the different machines. Overall, it has been a win-win situation for all parties involved.
Case Study 2:
This project started as a simple palletizing project at an Edible oil manufacturing company. Clevertech proposed a simple palletizer but as we interacted together and understood the process we were able to optimize the overall operations of the customer to a great extent in a highly constrained foot-print where now takes place the complete operation of Case transport from 4 packing lines to a dedicated palletizing area, Case Sorting based on Barcode scanning, Empty pallet Feeding and transport, Case palletization, Pallet transport by way of shuttle system to a single common stretch wrapper.
The Finished pallet thus prepared is then transported to a loading dock 200mtrs away for which Clevertech has proposed a complete Pallet transport system on an elevated platform to enable free movement of trucks and vehicles at ground level.
The pallets from the elevated platform are then fed to a pallet profile check and further scanned for product details to the customer ERP system and then organised to be fed to a Automatic Truck Loading system (ATLS) also under Clevertech Scope.
The ATLS then brings 24 pallets in the Trailer truck in a matter of minutes, which travels to a warehouse.
Here at the warehouse is the Automatic Trailer Unloading System (ATUS). The ATUS then without any manual intervention brings all 24 pallets into the warehouse and feeds each pallet to the Customer ASRS system and thus the cycle is complete.
The complete scope of supply from the point that the products are packed and sent for palletizing is taken care by Clevertech rendering a single partner for the customer for complete internal supply-chain of the finished products.
